We are a team of cleaners that offer a variety of services in the Cedar Park and surrounding area. We’re locally owned and all of our employees are screened and finger printed.

We provide these services by appointment time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Our prices are extremely affordable for the work we do and the time spent in the Home/Office/Event Center.  

House Cleanings

The first clean is priced hourly since our team is in the home longer, bringing your home up to a higher level of cleanliness than ever before, and tackling tough buildup like soap scum in the bathroom and grease in the kitchen. Along with normal cleaning tasks, during the first clean we’ll be taking extra time to hand-wipe ledges, baseboards and window sills, as well as cleaning the exterior of appliances, dusting ceiling fan blades and wiping clean cabinet and drawer exteriors.

A Standard cleaning includes:

Living room

Dining room

Bedrooms

Bathrooms

Laundry room

Kitchen

Vacuuming all floors and couches, dusting around TV/ entertainment centers, picture frames, lamps, baseboards and shelves, Windows/Blinds, sinks, floors mopped and swept, counter tops, cobweb removal, wipe down appliance exteriors, refrigerators, tables and chairs, range hoods, trash removal, clean mirrors, polish chrome, bathtubs, tiles & toilets. We will bring all the cleaning products and tools.

Rates vary depending on the size of your home, what services you want and the amount of cleaning needed. Frequency is also a factor; we offer discounted rates for weekly and bi-weekly cleanings.

Reception Room – Empty trash receptacles, align chairs, organize magazine racks, wipe down any counter tops/appliances, clean/dust any mirrors or windows

Restroom Cleaning- wipe down sink, scrub toilets, empty trash, sweep/mop floor

Vacuuming & Mopping all main Floors

Kitchen & Break Room- empty trash, hand wash dishes, wipe down tables/chairs, sweep/mop floor

 

Make-Ready/Vacancy/Model Homes

Dust light fixtures, remove cobwebs, smudges from all appliances, clean exterior of appliances, counters cleaned, sinks, remove any trash,sweep & mop, clean all ceiling fans, clean mirrors and windows, shower glass cleaned, toilets and bathtubs scrubbed. Carpet Cleaning and deodorizer are available for an additional charge**
